Data->Information->Knowledge->WisdomThis is my favorite ITIL foundational concept. Successful organizations work to constantly improve their ability to wrangle vast and disconnected stores of data, and build a conceptual data model that uncovers truths. Many well-intentioned KPI's summarize basic data, but standing alone they don't provide insight on strategic implications.3. Good communication can turn a bad event into a positive encounter for a customer. Keeping a customer in the loop is equal priority to fixing a technical issue.
