  Ms. Dennis serves as the Project Principal, Project Manager, and/or Quality Manager on all Access projects. Ms. Dennis is the Principal and owner of Access Engineering, LLC, and founded the firm in 2000. She has extensive experience in the fields of transportation, traffic, water and wastewater engineering. After her previous employment at Missouri Department of Transportation and later in private consulting, Ms. Dennis decided to start a civil engineering firm dedicated to consistently providing high quality infrastructure designs that would directly benefit the public. She decided on the name ‘Access’ as a self-declaring mission statement; Access to productivity, Access to connectivity, Access to opportunity. Now in its fifteenth year of business, Access still adheres to its founding values providing safe, innovative, and efficient infrastructure designs to its clients. Ms. Dennis is dedicated to cross-training her employees to maintain the company’s rigorous quality standards, anticipating and mitigating potential project challenges, and creatively developing designs that consider project goals, schedules, and budgets.
