It’s a cool story… we should chat about it!🙂As a senior customer success manager at TrackUnit, I wear three main hats: 🎩 Consultant - I conduct workshops to uncover the real value that our customers need from TU solutions and collaborate with them to create an agile success plan that will allow them to make the best return on their investment with us. 🎩 Project Manager - I manage customer projects to ensure the proper deployment and implementation of TU solutions and help them gain the most value from advanced telematics data. I also have various engagements with my clients to evaluate progress towards success - however it may be defined. 🎩 Customer advocate / Business developer - I maintain an open feedback loop to advocate for the product developments our customers would like to see and also expand our business with them through more advanced features and bespoke projects.The most important thing I do though is building great relationships with my clients by fostering trust and loyalty.
