I am part of the Executive Team together with the Executive Director and the Director of Operations. In this capacity, I participate in the strategic decisions of the Institute, gouvernance issues and relations with the different stakeholders of the Institute.I also manage the Communications & Scientific Events department, and overview the People & Culture and Biodata Resources departments.

I am part of the senior management team of the institute, providing strategic input on issues affecting the institute management and staff. I directly manage SIB's Communications & Scientific Events department, and oversee the People & Culture team (Human Resources Dpt).I supervise as well the development of the institute's EDI (Equality, Diversity, Inclusivity) initiative.

I lead the Communication & Events strategy of the Institute with a content-driven, digital-first approach. My responsibilities range from brand positioning, content generation, promotion and media relations, to conferences organization, public engagement and projects' fundraising.
