As an experienced Learning and Development professional, I help talented employees embrace their capacity to shift culture. If you have ever left a meeting and thought "someone should have said something", I'm talking to you.I coach leaders in their current work spaces to magnify their gifts and create the kind of work culture that changes the world. I am a student of leadership, effective management, clear communication and productive dialogue. I am a professionally certified coach, people leader for over 20 years, and a master facilitator. The work I do is best categorized as applied sociolinguistics: studying how the way we communicate creates and recreates culture, ultimately gifting us the capability for radical change.
