• Monitoring (assigned to report problems, reply to emails, answer the phone, should update contacts list, knows the people that he should get in contact with, knows how to fix simple problems with servers);
• Media coordinator (assigned to append, download clips to servers, update bibles, QC clips on the server, generate duration reports, communicate with play-out scheduling team with any updates in their individual server.
