I was the creator and sole author of BigTravelNut (http://bigtravelnut.com), a hybrid between a personal travel blog and an information site, which gave travellers 40+ the inspiration and means to travel solo, stray off the beaten path, and have unusual adventures, all without breaking the bank. The blog also focused on alternative accommodation, walking tours, culture, and food. (The content has now been archived to bigtravelnut.wordpress.com)I am looking for partnerships and writing opportunities with companies and brands that relate to those topics.In addition to the blog, I also wrote and self-published two e-books on budget travel: "Organize your own amazing trips to Latin America" and "Organize your own amazing trips to Southeast Asia".
