In a few words, ..."abstract shapes combined with surrealist characters creating a happy fantasy world"About me….‘I am fascinated by the combination of colours and shapes.’I paint to express my emotions freely, using my response to colour, my principal motivational impulse. I consider colour first and then shapes, making unusual combinations to create a fantasy world or figures. I started my artistic journey as an illustrator, creating mostly figurative work for greeting cards, and stationary. In the mean time, I also painted freely in different formats, big and small, experimenting different media on canvases and papers, combining elements of illustrations and pure abstract shapes.‘I want my work to be lively, vibrant and energetic, and to give the observer a feeling of positivity and optimism. ’My work, as a contemporary artist can be seen regularly in a number of galleries and shows.’Working with Clients...Creating a Bespoke Artwork.I am experienced in tailoring creative projects for clients, ranging from specific illustrations to more complex decorative projects and bespoke artwork solutions. In any case, my way of working remains the same. I will try to figure out what people have in mind and translate it in an artwork. I will take on board other elements, such as the size of the room, the lighting, the work achieved by the rest of the team I am working with, and more importantly the vision the client has in mind."One day I will have to create some original paintings for a dynamic Start Up Company based in London. Another time, I will have to do a series of digital artwork for a trendy hotel. I like this challenge as it is every time different. Only my aim remains the same nevertheless. A happy Client!"
