Current- Lead Customer Success strategy for Funraisin in North America, ensuring exceptional experiences for clients and partners throughout their digital fundraising journey.- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring they maximize the value of Funraisin’s digital fundraising platform.- Drive client retention and renewal growth, identifying opportunities to expand services and increase customer satisfaction, resulting in improved net retention rates.- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align client feedback with product development, identify new opportunities, and deliver a unified experience across the organization.- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of Funraisin’s platform through tailored training sessions and support.- Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, track client health, and develop proactive strategies to mitigate risks, maximize product usage, and drive success metrics.- Develop and execute client success initiatives that deliver measurable impact, such as increasing donor engagement, optimizing campaign performance, and driving fundraising growth.- Advocate for clients internally, championing their needs and ensuring Funraisin’s solutions evolve to meet the demands of the market.- Represent Funraisin as a thought leader in customer success, presenting at industry events and building the brand’s reputation for exceptional customer care.
