BET SHE CAN is the first Foundation in Italy, and one of a few in Europe, dedicated to empowering young girls.We operate across Italy and other European Countries, providing programmes dealing with empowerment for pre-teens girls, so that they can acquire the tools to develop awareness of their potential, to grow up free to make their own choices.I manage institutional relationships and fundraising initiatives - our main contributors today are Beiersdorf, Mattel Italy, the Ferrovie dello Stato Group (main Italian Railway Company), QVC, DHL, Bellco Medtronic, Veralab and IREN (main multiutilies group). I also coordinate our most complex projects.BET SHE CAN girls’ empowerment projects involve more than 39,000 individuals. We received in 2017 the Italian “Diversity No Profit of the Year Award” and are Ashoka Fellow since 2019.

StartUp Montréal's mission is to enhance the potential offered by Montréal’s start-up ecosystem, in two ways: by extending its outreach and by multiplying its positive impact. Within this framework, I am in charge of supporting and promoting the Social and Environmental Impact within the ecosystem and start-ups’ business model, challenging the Purpose versus Profit “dilemma” (if any dilemma at all). I am also responsible for enhancing the ecosystem Founders' Network, making sure it provides a real plus to start-ups, leveraging "win win" approach by giving back and sharing with the community. Those two assignments perfectly combine with my current and long lasting commitment as social entrepreneur and innovator with the BET SHE CAN foundation.

With 23 years of experience, 19 of which in procurement efficiency and digitization, I was in charge of Sales - SaaS and connected services - for USA and Canada, responsible for hitting annual sales targets, building and maintaining strong and long-lasting customer relationships, and managing - in a high quality and satisfaction approach - clients, software partners and stakeholders.I thus coordinated Fluxym’s commercial strategy - positioning, pricing, targets - in collaboration with the VP US and Canada, supervised the entire sales’ cycles, and coordinated sales and pre-sales teams. In BravoSolution Italy, I was responsible for part of commercial development in Italy in particular for BravoSolution’s Public and Health Practice but also for other Practices : development plan, marketing plan, coordination of commercial activities on sectors assigned, direct commercial action on main targets.I also coordinated major projects on change management, cost reduction, purchasing structure review and purchasing process efficiency in Private, Public and Health sectors.I managed about 20 internal resources (from junior consultants to project managers) and I am responsable for their professional development.

In Solving International, I was consultant for organizational and changing management projects and purchasing projects in public and private sectors. The main project followed was the implementation and roll out, on a national scale, of support structures (control room and contact center) for one of the world's largest smart meter deployment (undertaken by Enel SpA, the dominant utility in Italy with more than 30 million customers): between 2000 and 2005 Enel deployed smart meters to its entire customer base.

In Decathlon, I was a store department manager, first in France, then in the biggest Italian Decathlon Store (in 1997) of Corsico near Milan. For my department in the Corsico store, I managed turnover, products choice, and 15 sales employees.
