Responsibilities:• Creation of the training area for Genpact Colombia. Accountable of the implementation of training standards for Finance and accounting processes for consumer goods clients.• Training controls implementation based on ISAE 3402 regulations (International Standard on Assurance Engagements) • Creation of a metrics system for the training area, preparation of reporting the results presentation to internal and external Senior Managers.• Coordination of all the site training activities related to operations and support areas. • Creation and update of Learning Paths for every process.• Tracking and assurance of creation and updates of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Manuals.• Tracking of the backup structure for all processes, assuring all designated backup employees are trained and tested.• Ensure continuous improvement of employees’ knowledge by periodically testing them and hence identifying training needs.Achievements: • Training of 50 new employees for a transition project of a new client, supporting the knowledge transfer of a Genpact client during outsourcing process of the complete operation • Participation in 2 projects of reengineering (AIG y Beiersdorf) facilitating the outsource process. • Lean certification – improvement project focused on the virtual training of associates.
