Support IAC corporate and several of its operating businesses in all aspects of immigration matters and I-9 compliance, functioning as the subject matter expert and ensuring full compliance with all immigration laws. Work directly with candidates, recruiters, employees, managers and outside immigration counsel to prepare appropriate immigration cases, and provide guidance on hiring and other personnel decisions affecting candidates requiring immigration support and foreign national employees. Actively assess the effect of mergers, acquisitions and corporate reorganization on the company's foreign national population. Led the drafting and implementation of corporate immigration policy.

Serve in a corporate immigration paralegal capacity supporting an associate attorney, while also providing administrative support for two of the firm's partners. Assist in the management of a caseload consisting of a variety of individual clients, Fortune-500 companies, and small and medium-sized organizations. Prepare U.S.-bound nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions and applications, draft responses to requests for evidence, arrange and coordinate consular appointments for foreign nationals, manage foreign national records. Provide support for a variety of related complex immigration matters, including the preparation of criminal and 212(e) waivers and advisory opinions. Maintain and coordinate contact with a numerous corporate clients and foreign nationals.Specific nonimmigrant experience includes H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, Blanket L petitions/applications, E-3, J-1 Trainees, O-1, O-2, P-1, TN-1, TN-2, B-1 domestic workers, K-1 fiance visas. Specific immigrant experience includes PERM, I-140 (inclusive of EB1-1 extraordinary ability, EB1-2 outstanding professor/researcher, EB1-3 multinational executive/manager, EB-2 and EB-3), I-130 family -based petitions, adjustment of status applications and consular processing. Specific post-permanent residency experience includes reentry permit applications and naturalization.
