Product Designer & Brand StrategistCoordinated the expansion and re-design of Boston Bag Co.Developed and introduced a new product line and brand identity for the 88 year old company. Initiated full re-design of their bags from industrial, into a high-end consumer product. Supervised factory changes and material sourcing to integrate the new product line into their factory. Envisioned and brought to life the company’s web presence through Squarespace’s content management system.

Brought on to develop a new communication system between the receptionists and the nursing department resulting in 83% drop in filing and communication errors. Trusted to manage the residents schedules, transportation, and medical paperwork. Developed a new training guide and employee handbook and trained new receptionists. Oversaw three direct reports.
