Responsible for output and delivery of a complex and challenging set of technical products and solutions for the SDK Team- Lead, develop, coach and grow a team of technical professionals - Responsible for the full employee cycle; from recruiting to retaining and exiting- Focus on improving the team’s ways of working and getting individuals to perform at their very best, instilling a quality led culture and working practice- Collaborate with the Director of Engineering to contribute to and align the long-term Engineering vision, strategy and roadmap for the SDK Team- Partner up with Product Owners, Technical Director and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment when building and executing product delivery roadmap to adjust plans and teams to meet shifting demands

Overall responsibility of the PS Enterprise Solutions department across the EMEA region, including:- Providing leadership and direction for a multi-interdisciplinary team across the EMEA region- Responsibility for capacity management, utilization, growth strategy and recruitment- Collaboration with Sales leadership team to develop business through positioning and selling services to new and existing customers- Collaboration with Sales team for discovery, scoping, planning and deployment of the company’s solutions- Full responsibility for the company’s largest implementation projects throughout the entire lifecycle, spanning from pre-sales to completion- Working with customers to track deployment progress and create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning- Responsibility for driving continuous improvement of delivery methodology and processes
