In mijn traineeship houd ik mij bezig met het inrichten van participatieprocessen en de doorontwikkeling van het platform Stem van Groningen. Daarnaast geef ik (proces)advies, en help ik andere gemeenten en provincies het platform te gebruiken.Verder help ik gebruikersonderzoek in de organisatie vorm te geven. En maakte ik me gedurende het traineeship de wet DigiToegankelijk (WCAG 2.1 richtlijnen) eigen.

Resato is a manufacturer and supplier of high pressure solutions, such as test systems, water jet cutting machines and hydrogen filling stations. Within Resato I am, among other things, involved in the preparations for trade fair participations. Part of this is making designs for the exhibition banners and rear walls. I am also responsible for the social media channels and content for the website (news and blog articles). I also send emails to leads and customers and am working on various SEA/SEO activities. For example, I write eBooks, perform keyword analyses and create reports in order to adjust the marketing activities.

Solar Racing Groningen is a team that is going to participate in the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge, in 2019. We are developing a solar car that will race 3000 km through Australia. This Bridgestone World Solar Challenge is a well-known and prominent race in the field of sustainability and innovation. We are a group of enthusiastic and eager students, who want to be challenged. We share the same passion for sustainability and innovation. Therefore, we wanted to set up a project that has never been done in the North of the Netherlands before. My responsibilities were:- Making plans in the field of marketing/communication - Developing a social media strategy- Managing various social media channels - (Co-)Writing texts for internal and external communication (E.g. the projectplan, manual for new teammembers)

Watersportcamping Heeg is a campsite which is situated in the Frisian lake district. It also rents different watersportproducts. After my internship (graduation project) I was asked by the owners to stay for the summer. I worked at the campsite in the summer of 2015 and 2017. No day is the same and a lot unexpected situations occur. Here, I have learned to adjust (to the situations). Furthermore, I learned to serve the guests and surprise them. Additionally, I communicated with guests in several languages (German, Spanish, English and Dutch). The owners of the campsite had that much confidence in me, that I was in charge during their absence. My responsibilities were:- Managing the reception (open, close, clean)- Writing and sending press releases- Making social media content - Speaking to guests (via email, phone and in the reception)- Processing bookings- Cleaning accommodation and sanitary

My graduationproject was carried out for Watersportcamping Heeg. This is a water-sports campsite in the Frisian lake district. My project consisted of conducting an independent market research on how the campsite could attract more English guests. I found it really cool to carry out this for the campsite, because of my interest in tourism. Furthermore, I helped Watersportcamping Heeg with the development of marketing activities for the campsites by:- Writing and sending press releases- Making physical reminders for guests to remind them to fill out a review for the campsite - Making videos and photos for social media

The 'Customer Service Agent' is a service desk function at the telecom company KPN. The company offers (mobile) telephony, internet and television to the consumer and business market. After a few weeks of theoretic and practical training, I worked fulltime at the company (for the consumer market). I have learned to level with different types of clients. Furthermore, I have learned to work with various (technical) interfaces simultaneously. My responsibilities were:- Solving technical problems (together with client) via the phone - Answering questions regarding invoices and deliveries - Warm sales of services and product (internet, television and (mobile) telephony)

After verification they received an email with new login details for the platform. I have learned to provide verbal information in a short and understandable way . Moreover, I have learned how important choosing the right words is.

During my internship in Berlin I have performed various SEA/ online marketing activities for the Dutch channel (website) of Fashion for Home:- Making adtexts - Researching and reviewing results and the progress of the advertisements - Conducting a keyword analysis - Adding and removing keywords and negatives - Making sitelinks - Reporting on results daily- Conducting a gender and age analysis for GDN advertisementsThese activities have aroused my interest in online marketing.
