• In this function I'm responsible for defining, developing and marketing the desired E-care experience. My responsibilities are
• Initiate and steer development of tools and applications for E-care focussed on self care
• Help define tools to drive usage of E-care
• Define performance criteria, measure, analyse and improve action based on analysis over online and traditional channels
• Define E-care criteria for generic VF projects and assure realisation and implementation
• Drive customer insights on behaviour and needs of customers on E-care and translate into vision and strategy
