A credit union is a cooperation between SME entrepreneurs who provide funds through a common fund and the other SME entrepreneurs who borrow money from those funds. The Netherlands Maritime University offers the Master Shipping and Transport in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. The program is designed for ambitious professionals in the maritime and logistics sectors.Responsible for the curriculum development and planning of the Master. Gives lectures in Port Finance, Hinterland, Port Strategy, Design and Management.Besides that active in advisory services for STC B.V. in a project for the identification of possibilities for setting up a maritime cluster in Serbia.

The Port of Rotterdam Authority is manager, operater and developer of the Rotterdam port and industrial area.Contributed largely to successful preparation and decision making in a large number of port management and port related cases, such as the business case Maasvlakte 2, the tender of the first plot on Maasvlakte 2 and new funding arrangements for the corporate finance of PoR. Worked on international projects in Oman, India, Brazil, Germany, Belgium and the Czech republic. Strong focus on mergers and acquisition. Responsible for a large number of PoR's financial participations.
