Primarily I am handling the sales progression from the point of unit reservation in order to get the client through to exchange in a smooth and timely manner; providing a high level of customer service and professionalism by helping to communicate effectively and efficiently between all involved parties such as solicitors, mortgage broker, lettings agent etc. I also focus heavily on business development; speaking with and extensively qualifying prospective buyers, arranging meetings across the MENA region, negotiating and finalising sales. In addition to the above, I assist the consultants with preparing detailed project information for clients, arranging site tours in the UK, SevenCapital events, communication with new and existing partner accounts via wealth managers and IFAs and exploring new regions for further business growth.

My role here included sourcing new listings that fit the company profile and agreeing new tenancies, all with high networth individuals. I was speaking on a daily basis with landlords and tenants from many different cultures and backgrounds, matching both parties’ requirements to one another and negotiating complex agreements as well as fees and rents.

My four years at Chestertons has pushed my real estate experience to a higher level through extensive and regular training, maintaining my ARLA accreditation in up to date regulations across the industry board and further developed my client relations and business development skills.

My positions as both Lettings Negotiator and Senior Lettings Negotiator gave me exposure and experience in all aspects of lettings includingDuring my time at Winkworth I was promoted to Senior Lettings Negotiator, this saw me assume more responsibility for Business Development as well as representing landlords with high end properties.
