In this role my main responsibility was coordinating the successful delivery of new releases and new configurations of one of the systems that supported the Solution Delivery process in IBM. This system was implemented in the 53 countries (Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe and Japan). In this role, my main responsibilities were focused in interacting with our stakeholders to understand their requirements, and coordinating the successful delivery of new releases and new configurations of one of the systems that supported the Solution Delivery process in 11 countries in the Americas region. This was a hands-on role, where I always put my hands up whenever the team needed additional assistance, from executing test cases to writing pieces of code. I started working in IBM in 2003 as part of the Help Desk team to support an internal application that was initially implemented in Latin America and Mexico. In 2005 I moved to the development team and I also started supporting the implementation of the application in other countries like USA and Canada. By 2007, the application was implemented in Asia and Europe as well, and I was promoted to coordinate the development team.
