Talent Acquisition responsibilities:- Handle the full cycle recruiting process for corporate roles in the US and Canada- Member of the Global Executive Hiring team- Participate in ad-hoc “Diversity and Inclusion” recruiting programs- Member of the interim TA reporting team.- SME for Market Mapping projects- TA New hire onboarding: responsible to organize and standardize the TA new hire onboarding process- ATS: Workday, Service NowTalent Management responsibilities:- Subject Matter Expert and primary contact for all inquiries related to Talent Management: Performance Management, Competency Management, Career Development, Succession Management and PIP.- Partner closely with the HR Innovation team and the TM Center of Expertise on performance and talent management process updates, tools and upcoming activities.- Performed operational readiness activities for mid-year and year-end Chevron Performance Management Imperative.- Handled over 1200+ Performance Management cases to support customers from America and Africa with their requests and inquiries.- Service Content Owner to keep Talent Management documentation up to date or create it from scratch, detect defects and propose enhancements partnering with the R&P and Sustainment team.- Led and facilitated weekly meetings to review updates, needs and reinforce alignment in the process.- Provide presentations/deep dives to GMs about TM topics.- Train TM new members and supervise their cases resolution in first steps.- Actively participated in the Performance Management Learning Teams Event to review the process and to propose enhancements.
