Managing and leading the portfolio of International port tenders: -Leading and driving the process forward by coordinating with key stakeholders to produce high quality tenders and consistently delivering solutions to meet customers’ needs  -Identifying strategies and preparing a tender plan to ensure all tenders and bids are acted upon within strict deadlines -Assisting in the preparation and completion of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ’s), Invitation to Tenders (ITT’s) and tender documents in alignment with customer requirements -Developing and issuing operational guidelines and documentation to support management of complex tenders, ensuring all key internal stakeholders are briefed on tender requirements -Introduce processes to ensure the company captures all relevant tender opportunities available -To standardise the tendering process and information required -Manage the tendering process, compiling all the information and pricing required and liaising with the group legal function -To be a key influencer in tender negotiations -Driving tender to successful closure, consistently delivering high impact solutions to maximise long term profitability of the contract -Managing customer relationships throughout the tender process, ensuring a high level of customer care is maintained throughout.

Managing the portfolio of national civil works tenders: -Developing high quality winning proposals for existing customers and potential clients. Being in charge of a multi-discipline proposal team through bid development processes -Ensuring the submission of the bid within budget and before deadline, making sure to represent the client as effectively as possible. -Being involved in every aspect of the submission and have an excellent appreciation of what the client needs and how best to articulate how the organisation can provide that. -Working closely with a core team while bringing in subject matter experts when required -Manage various kinds of projects, from start to finish
