My role in Honeylock as a customer service representative is to respond to the customers concerns via email using Gorgias. I verify and check order details such issues with the shipping address and missing photos or engravings. I also respond to customer reviews and process returns/reshipments.

I was a Team Leader for Uber Transport. I had 20-25 agents in my team. I conduct coachings, team huddles, weekly performance reports, call listenings as well as taking care of escalations on a day to day basis. My greatest achievement as a Team Leader was seeing my agents getting promoted to Level 2 and even to support roles.

Apart from providing support to a 15-20 agent per team ratio, I was tasked to focus on customer experience as well. I did callbacks for customers to ensure they had a great experience and that their issues are resolved. I also handle complaints and supervisor calls.

I was an associate for a financial account. I answer inbound calls from customers and store agents who are sending or receiving money transfers. We provide money transfer status, editing transfer details like the receivers name, cancelling or refund processing, exchange rate inquiries, walking through the website, and handling customer complaints.
