Eindverantwoordelijk voor onze business lines Banking, Insurance & Government. Zowel operationeel als commercieel. Samen met een topteam van accountmanagers, operationeel managers en recruiters (totaal +80 FTE). We bedienen zo´n 80% van de (groot)banken en verzekeraars in Nederland (o.a. ABN AMRO, Rabobank, ING, Achmea, CZ, APG, NN en ASR) en zijn daarnaast trotse partner van o.a. Rijksoverheid, NS en Defensie. Onze missie? Alle jongeren aan het werk!
Branche Director Banking & Insurance
Verantwoordelijk voor het commerciële Banking & Insurance team binnen YoungCapital (6 FTE). Samen met de accountmanagers beheer ik de National Accounts binnen dit segment. Wij zijn mantelpartner van o.a. ABN Amro, de Rabobank, ING, a.s.r., Aegon Achmea, Nationale Nederlanden / OHRA, DELA, CZ, Menzis & APG. Samenwerkingen die vaak al +10 jaar teruggaan. Daar zijn we trots op!
Account Director Retail & Hospitality
Commercieel verantwoordelijk voor large accounts binnen het segment Retail & Hospitality. Hierbij lag de focus op beheer en uitbouw van bestaande relaties (o.a. de Bijenkorf, IKEA, T-Mobile, Albron en Sodexo). Maar ook het contracteren van nieuwe accounts. Zo heb ik in deze periode, samen met het team, een mooie samenwerking opgestart met o.a: KLM, Nespresso, Nuts Groep en Vermaat. De jaarlijkse spend in dit domein was +/- 40 miljoen euro.
