Founder & CeoSquire Hill Farms Nov 2006 - Jan 2009At 15 years of age, Mariele worked with her family to found Squire Hill Farms, a small business that sources locally grown produce and mainly fresh Araucana eggs from Connecticut to the best restaurants in Manhattan. The first client was former executive chef at Per Se, Chef Benno, (http://www.foodandwine.com/articles/interview-jonathan-benno). The relationship has been maintained and grown significantly throughout the years and now supplies four of the best fine dining restaurants in Manhattan. The company is still in operation by Mariele's parents after she left for university in 2009.
