As a management consultant I led extensive projects and programs. Strong client relations and high customer satisfaction resulted in extended and new business opportunities. My projects:Head of Change Project in the Public Transportation Sector, Västtrafik (2013.02-2016.02). The aim of the project was to double the travelling with public transport in the region of Västra Götaland, which meant a massive change, both culturally and structurally, and involved about 9 000 employees, at the public transportation company and its many traffic suppliers. The project covered implementation of new models of agreements, process development and anchoring new ways of working, shifting the mindset, and establishing new roles. The new way of working, in partnership, with a more business oriented and customer focused approach affected the travelling figures and the efficiency in the right direction, and became a model well known within public transport.As program manager, I had the strategic relation with the decision makers and led the team of up to 10 consultants and the many people involved in the customer organization.Program Manager (shared role), Central service function within Public Health Care, 2011.06 - 2013.01The objective of the program was to meet legal requirements in handling patient data in the Västra Götaland region. This implied developing new services to the patients (e.g. ability to deny access to their patient records and/or to demand a log with information on who has accessed their patient records). Within the program, services were defined, new administrative processes developed, and a centralized service organization and IT-support was established. As program manager, I had a close dialogue with the decision makers and affected stakeholders and I led the team of up to approx. 10 consultants.

Project Manager
The project aimed to improve the access and to increase the service to the patients of the area (Heart and Vascular Diseases), in respect of handling remittances, the booking of appointments, nursing counselling and other requests. The main achievement was to accomplish this project in a short time, with considerable effects on service access (from 70 possible way of contact, with very limited working hours to 2 ways of contact, with availability all normal working hours), quality improvements (defined rules within what time a patient should have an appointment) and shortened lead times in the remittance workflow (remittances assigned digitally to a function instead of by post to individuals, speeding up the process and allowing tracking of lead times). The contact center has stood as a role model for several later initiatives. I was offered to take up the position as Head of Unit after finishing the project.
