Dit hebben we met behulp van Business Model Innovation ontwikkeld met als resultaat 3 proposities voor deze markt.Visie ontwikkeling en organisatie advies op gebied van Innovatie en het thema 'Zorgondernemer van de Toekomst' met als resultaat een strategisch innovatieplan t.b.v. New Business.

Mediq Apotheek is een sterk merk in zorg, als formulemanager heb ik daar aan meegebouwd:2007-2010: Vormgeven van de Mediq Apotheek formule positionering en instore look and feel, de uitrol over ruim 200 vestigingen, het opzetten van internal branding en doorontwikkelen van de formule op gebied van merk en (diensten) portfolio. 2010-2015: Naast formule werkzaamheden, merkidentiteit & positionering ook initiatiefnemer van opzetten van New Business. Aan de hand van de markt- en trendanalyse en de Customer Journey ontwikkelen van onderscheidende concepten die het Mediq brand verstreken en marktgroei stimuleren. Hierbij ligt de focus op betere zorg en meer gemak voor onze klant en werk ik vaak in co-creatie met strategische partners en multidisciplinaire teams. Het resultaat zijn diverse onderscheidende (BtoB en BtoC) klant-, retail en eerstelijnsconcepten; zoals het Mediq Apotheek Servicepunt bij Jumbo, het diëtistenspreekuur en de vernieuwde HuisartsPlus formule.

Herpositionering van Red Swan in ziekenhuisverplaatste zorg (new business).Met oog op de Bekostiging Dure Geneesmiddelen wil Red Swan zich positioneren als partner in zorg voor ziekenhuizen.

Dagelijks werken aan de omzet, kwaliteit, marketing, aansturing van het team (9fte) en de relaties met andere eerstelijnszorgverleners. Door diverse initiatieven (voorlichtingsavonden voor de hele buurt, samenwerking met fitnesscentrum, opzetten diabetesspreekuur bij diverse huisartsenpraktijken), kwam er weer groei in deze apotheek en het team. Initiatiefnemer en realisatie van een multidisciplinair gezondheidscentrum (8 huisartsen, 2 fysiotherapeuten, huidtherapeut en verloskundigen). Secretaris van het FTO.
