Secured Top 200 and RPM CMJ airplay and chart positions for Secretly Label Group artists including Angel Olsen, The War on Drugs, Major Lazer, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Sharon Van Etten, Volcano Choir and more through weekly phone calls and emails. Set up ticket giveaways, interviews and in-studio performances at radio for artists on tour. Maintained label's YouTube channels and video assets.

Managed team of 5 student managers as well as a staff of over two dozen on-air disc jockeys. Oversaw all content that was being put on-air. Worked as a link between the WERS Marketing Director and the rest of the student staff. Wrote copy for recorded promos to be played on-air. Represented station at community events such as the Life is Good Festival and the Newport Folk Festival. Worked closely with GSelector to schedule music logs. Station received a 1.0 share in the Arbitron ratings during my time as Program Director. Helped launch "Connections" on WERS, a new-music syndicated show made by Guitar Center.

Booked local musical talent for Reykjavik Calling, a concert held at the Paradise Rock Club in March 2012. Created new station clocks using Selector 15.

Produced All A Capella Live concert at the Cutler Majestic Theatre (February 2011).
