I am a PhD holder with over 5 years of experience in bioinformatics, specializing in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis, particularly in metagenomics and bacterial genomics. My background in biology, combined with my proficiency in Linux-based analysis workflows, biostatistics, and biological data analysis, allows me to extract valuable insights from complex biological datasets.I am actively involved in several capacity-building international projects, including H3ABioNet and Phindaccess. Additionally, I contribute to the Permedina project, focused on implementing precision medicine in North Africa. Driven by a passion for advancing the field of bioinformatics, I am now interested in exploring data science for my future projects and am eager to collaborate on exciting opportunities within the life sciences sector.
