Her role quickly evolved as she began leading and empowering new coaches as a supervising coach by providing guidance, reviewing programs, and equipping them with effective coaching strategies. With a commitment to growth and excellence, Mariem Mimouni extended her impact beyond local boundaries, embarking on a transformative journey as a SUSI Young Women Leaders 2023 participant. Through this enriching 5-week exchange program at the United States, she learned more about civic engagement, leadership, and women's empowerment while engaging in cross-cultural learning experiences. Mariem's purpose goes beyond personal development. She is deeply committed to inspiring fellow youth to uncover their passions, nurture self-assurance, and create a change on both local and global stages.
