- Provide pre-sales technical assistance for company products spare parts.- Analysis cost and sales.- Provide clients with a best service and make them satisfied according to their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.- Inventory monitoring and prepare reports to management to meet stock needs on time.- Monitoring and following up service team by following up customers feedback and raise a report in case it needed to the management.- Develop long term relationships with clients, through follow up and managing their needs closely.- keep customers records.- Calculate clients quotations to the management to identify business potential.- Train new after sales team to handle customers needs.- Preparing technical and financial quotations using SAP.

Duties and responsibilities- Define the priorities of tasks according to all requests taking into consideration the due dates to finish the requested task.- Responsible for preparing all suppliers purchase orders along with following up all transactions regarding each order to be reported to Managing director.- Following up all direct purchase orders coming from customer to our vendors until to delivery.- Supervision and monitoring deliveries of the documents and goods.- Preparing vendors commission calculations under gaudiness of Managing director to followup indent orders.- Responsible for communication with Company’ vendors to handle all technical support needed for all departments.- Warranty claim handling.- Opening technical calls needed from suppliers.- Products pricing under the guidance of managing director on a daily basis regarding our sales and maintenance departments’ requirements.- Working on a new price list for company’s products.- Working on customer data base concerning the products parts.- Sending all inquiries needed to be sending to our suppliers to get the quotations and directing to sales support to prepare.- Preparing all key customers technical –commercial offers as per their requirements.- Handling all questionnaires from service center side to meet their needs.- Revising final offers before submitting to customer.- Receiving new vendors calls and directed to managing director in case if importance.
