Customer Service Representative
Current- First point of contact for new and existing customers, with experience in both on-site and remote interactions, managing inbound and outbound calls, while providing detailed information and support. Managing written correspondence for web and email inquiries.- Handles order processing tasks from various platforms, determining charges, applying discounts and offers, collecting payments, overseeing shipments, subscriptions, and processing customer returns, refunds, and billing adjustments.- Processing orders for overseas accounts, overseeing shipping logistics, managing export documentation, conducting pre-order inventory checks, handling pro-forma invoicing, arranging wire transfers, and coordinating with freight forwarders.- Screens professional and business accounts for credentials and eligibility, manages required documentation, and set up/maintain accounts in the system.- Provides support to customers in navigating the company website and order applications - Manages internal and external coordination, including cross-functional team collaboration, to analyze and ensure the prompt resolution of customer concerns, and follow up on unresolved cases.- Troubleshoots to resolve customer complaints and minimize dissatisfaction in cases of operational shortcomings.- Establishes and maintains strong relationships with customers: health practitioners, patients, and end consumers through exceptional service, demonstrating results-driven patience, empathy, compassion, and business-savvy solutions, all while contributing to the health goals and well-being of customers.- Performs data entry tasks, prepares reports to support internal processes and management operations.- Focused on customer care, retention, and upselling strategies to drive business growth, specializing in customer information, problem-solving, de-escalation, and order management, utilizing advanced tech tools and communication platforms to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
