Growth: Doubled the budget & Expanded the team by creating Residency programs, national partnerships with investment groups, community support organizations, consulates & universities. Expanded revenue streams and corporate sponsorships. Received 2 SBA awards for this work.Strategy: Led the organization through a mission pivot to support female founders and build and grow a program focused on helping female founders raise outside capital. Created new policies and procedures for organization expansion and support of staff. Led marketing and branding redesigns and new brand identity.Partnerships: Built a voice and a community of hundreds of mentors, investors, corporate and community org collaborators and supporters. Built programming in collaboration with fortune 500s. Built Leadership Coaching & Mentor Training programs. Received a MassTech Grant for this work.Programming: Built the Fellowship For Female Founders including content, workshops, review process, surveys, impact measurement & community. Co-created the Investment & Inclusion series on ways to create a more equitable funding ecosystem for the New Majority.Impact: 90+ women (50% women of color) raising a collective total of $80M+ moving TCN from a Boston focused brand to a regional and national presence.

Democratizing access to funding for female founders, since 2016 this fellowship has supported 90+ women (with 50% women of color) and given access to fundraising education and a network of investors. Collectively fellows have raised over $100M.

Greenhorn Connect focuses on connecting Boston area university student entrepreneurs with one another through summits, dinners and events to promote collaboration between various colleges. Established by students in 2009, Greenhorn was acquired by The Capital Network in 2014 and transferred to Boston University's Build Innovation Lab in late 2018.
