Directed and managed compensation, benefits, recruitment, talent management, and employee relations initiatives. Worked closely with the CEO and was a member of the Senior Management Team.

Elan Pharmaceuticals was a major drug firm based out of Dublin, Ireland. Listed on NY stock exchange and the Irish and London stock exchange as ELN. Worked to develop medicine to treat autoimmune and neurodegenerative disease such as Parkinson, Alzheimer’s, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Multiple. The various programs at Elan has since been acquired by companies such as Biogen Idec, Johnson & Johnson (JANSSEN, Alzeimer Immunotherapy, a new formed subsidiary), Perrigo Company.Provided Human Resources support to 200+ employees and executives in R&D and Commercial Organizations across the U.S. and managed a team of HR employees. Advised management on employee relations issues, company policies, local, state and federal employment laws. Handled complex employment relations cases, including hostile work environment, discrimination and sexual harassment cases without litigation, or settlement cost. Facilitated workshops and trained employees on HR and employee development related topics both class room style and via webinar.
