My responsibilities were:- Developing a digital strategy for Librairie Antoine, Lebanon’s leading bookstore since 1933, that will help them grow and expand their online business.- Managing Online Marketing, Social Media & Advertising activities in order to reach specific sales targets.- Kicking off the development of a new e-commerce platform for three countries: Lebanon, Dubai and Saudi Arabia.- Supervising online operations logistics ensuring products are delivered to customer in the most efficient and cost effective way.- Working closely with the offline marketing team to help close the gap with the offline experience and offer customers a unified, omnichannel experience.

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Keeward, my job is to work alongside partners and clients to help build their digital marketing strategy on all relevant channels. Projects include launching e-commerce websites & mobile apps, developing strategies for high-end jewelry & fashion brands, advertising for festivals & cultural events, etc.I manage a team of community managers, content writers and advertisers and work with several clients from entrepreneurs, to startups, to established businesses on developing their online marketing & social media strategy. Keeward is a company that specializes in turnkey projects. As a Project Manager, my job was to manage everything related to the project from A to Z, including meeting with the client, writing the proposal, budgeting & time planning, supervising development & implementation, and following-up with client until delivery.
