- organize the missions (60 teachers coming from Paris), assist 20 local teachers - coordinate with teachers to provide teaching resources - coordinate with Admissions, Finance, Human Resources, Communication and General Services Departments - provide educational guidance to 225 students - link with Paris Descartes University on administrative and pedagogical issues - participate in exams’ organization and issue transcripts - produce various synthesis documents, translate documents, prepare the annual budget...

Various levels

As an Advisor to the Secretary General for Defence and National Security for institutional relations and communication, I have - supervised media relations: answer to media requests, press conferences, regular contacts with specialized journalists, drafting of press releases and official talking points - developed SGDSN’s communication tools (Web site, presentation brochure) - written speeches and articles for the Secretary General for Defence and National Security - enhanced institutional relations: point of contact for Parliament, analysis of current political issues, preparation of hearings of the Secretary General… - conducted crisis communication as well as media and Parliament monitoring (on-call duty).

As an Embassy Attaché (Volunteer for International Experience), I have led monitoring and analysis on political and economic issues and carried out administrative and consular tasks (substitute Consul). I have also looked after cooperation issues (military cooperation, promotion of French language and culture, Environmental affairs…).

During this training period in the Directorate general for international co-operation and development, I have written articles on Official Development Assistance to developing countries, participated to the recruitment of UNDP’s Junior Professional Officers and contributed to the setting up of a task group on stakeholders from developing countries.

During this internship in the Service for Cooperation and Cultural Action, I have - assisted the Head of “Edufrance” Agency: selection of the Embassy’s scholars, counseling to Bolivian students, selection and training of Spanish Language assistants - contributed to the financial programming, monitoring of diplomatic cables - participated to the selection and the monitoring of “Small Development Projects”.
