Brought on board with Walmart US to provide change consulting for programs included in Walmart’s $2.7 billion investment in their 1.3 million associates, My practice has broadened to include change consulting for Walmart’s store operations and health and wellness businesses. An exciting addition has been the launch of a cohort program designed to build change capability in program sponsors, directors and managers.

- Recruited for a new patient family centered care strategy team Accomplishments: Current and future state analysis across business units, patient and family centered care education and strategy.

• Recruited to build new team focusing on organizational change management and communications • Lead annual planning and management of the organizational change management and communication team for the healthcare provider’s information technology division and $130 million electronic medical record replacement project. • Application of strategic change management plans to support the new electronic medical record system project. Results to date: increased awareness by enterprise employees from 57 to 97 percent; excitement about the new system from 61 to 89 percent and knowledge about how the new system will impact their work from 34 to 56 percent.
