I initiated a shift in the broader company culture and leadership practices and headed up the implementation of authentic leadership across Pleo. To ensure full adoption, I created a program with internal training for all employees and external training for our most senior leaders.

Moved to Berlin to help our expansion in Germany take off. Built the foundational team to win one of our most promising markets, and helped adapt the product to reach market fit. Germany is now one of Pleo’s most successful markets.

Built up our customer success team from zero to 22 with a focus to help our customers drive a culture based on trust and transparency. With an amazing team, we were responsible for our customers with everything from onboarding, nurturing, growth and support. Seeing such a strong and genuine CS team, unusual high NPS (75+) and close-to-zero churn, makes me really proud of this chapter at Pleo! "Daring to do the unscalable" was central in building this foundation.

I focused on the close collaboration with our customers and our product team, understanding the details of our customers' needs and tweaking the product to meet those needs in close collaboration with our product team. I would take my bike and cycle around deliver Pleo cards (and cake ofc) to our customers in Cph. A few months in I started building a team along side.

Proud to be part of the True North family. I worked as a team leader, where I am responsible for a group of young people and their personal and social development. I have taken part in LEGO-camps (Held for the children of LEGOs employees) and LærForLivet-camps among others. At True North I have improved my social, facilitating, creative and leadership skills.

Starting from a collaboration with Copenhagen School of Design and Technology (KEA), a peer and I developed the board game The Quest for Innovation, a gamified tool that takes students through a creative process, where they get insights into innovation and are encouraged to look up, reflect on their surroundings and act on the opportunities. It enables them to go from exploration to exploitation, be pro-active and create innovative solutions for the future. The past year we have facilitated workshops for students and teachers all over Denmark.

I was in charge of planning and organizing Startup Weekend Education (SWE) because I find it interesting to enhance and rethink the circumstances for education and learning. My responsibilities included sponsor agreements, internal and external communication, logistics, organizing volunteers and most essential supporting the participating teams developing their ideas. I believe it is a matter of bridging the right people with the right competences, know-how and experiences to create the future of our educational system - the future of play and learning.

Based on my passion for creating great circumstances for learning and development, I decided to become a volunteering venture pilot for a group of young people in Tingbjerg. I supported young guys to found a micro-business, where I was specifically engaged in the process designing their products. The project received Kronprinsparrets Sociale pris 2015.

Inspired by their future-oriented focus and their constructive approach I started in FutureNavigator right after my Bachelor. I was responsible for product development, especially a sociological board game, where I did research and prototyping focusing on both content and form. My work further included trend research, project management and preparing & facilitating workshops for both educational institutions, networks and companies.
