Over 9 years experience in Hotel Sales and Marketing, at Executive, Manager and DOSM level. I am a highly motivated, focused and driven person. I achieve results and always follow projects through to completion. Having worked with all market segments, I have the ability to implement a strategy to drive sales across all areas. I understand the importance of route to market and have implemented many successful marketing campaigns. Recently I have completed a Diploma in Digital Marketing which has much relevance in today's growing digital world. I have had the position of Group Sales and Marketing Manager of Choice Hotel Group, since January 2012. Our family of Hotels include Clarion Hotels Ireland (Dublin, Cork, Limerick), the gibson hotel, Carton House and Clarion Collection Croydon Park Hotel. My role is a support role to all Sales Managers and their teams. I support sales and marketing functions, develop and implement strategy across the group, contract on a group level, represent CHG at events and also manage our marketing campaigns for the group.Prior to this I had 3 roles within the group. I joined Clarion Hotels Ireland 8 years ago as Sales Executive in Clarion Hotel Dublin Airport, where I was involved in the re-launch of the hotel after an investment of €3m - this involved rebranding to a Clarion Hotel and launching in the marketplace.I then moved to Clarion Hotel Liffey Valley as Sales and Marketing Manager for 3 years. From there I progressed to DOSM of the gibson hotel which opened in June 2010 at The Point Village. I was onboard pre-opening and successfully launched this brand into a very difficult market due to the economic climate. the gibson hotel has become known as one of Dublin's trendiest and most liked hotels with a current rating of number 4 on tripadvisor of 180 Dublin Hotels.
