Close to 20 years experience in Real Estate Investment and Finance: In my current position at Pensimo Management AG I am as CEO responsible for a great team of professionals managing our Swiss Real Estate Investment Foundations und Funds along the whole lifecycle of investment. Carrying myself in the most authentic way, both with our investors and my employees is very dear to me. Every individual, whether that is a team member or an investor is different and true leadership to me is seeing where one is at in a given moment. I find it essential to continuously live up to the values I communicate and lead by example. Reliability, a positive supportive attitude and a solution-oriented approach coupled with a diverse background, competence and knowledge is what enables us to deliver the high professional and technical standards I strive to maintain.
