The exposure to the international operations of a firm has been invaluable in my work today. And, when I was not even ready to transition out of Audit I was offered a financial discovery and analysis position on a new Strategic Sourcing task force that allowed me to sharpen my understanding of procurement and cost reduction and resulted in my promotion to manager on the team.
