I work in residence with local elementary school classrooms to write, create and facilitate original theatrical performances to be showcased by students. Our work begins with improvisation, continues with playwriting & production develpoment, and finally culminates in public performance.

Offering estate and consignment services for antiques, design elements, vintage fashion, and vintage / designer furniture and lighting. Influenced by her mother’s hobbyist antiques business, as well as her family’s general penchant for picking and treasure finding, she gets a great deal of satisfaction by finding good homes for her finds.Previously, Marie was pleased to showcase her work at The Vintage Industry, in Ithaca, NY, as one of Ithaca’s top vintage and antique bricks-and mortar shops, for more than a decade. She is deeply interested in the design and historical context of antiques and vintage items, and is passionate about sharing her knowledge with her clients and the general public. “Everything has a story. My work with Ithaca Loves Teachers involves event planning and production, contact and database management, overseeing the design of collateral materials, as well as web development and public relations.

I am one of the two antiques and art buyers for Blue Bird Antiques. My work involves acquisitions, retail management, customer service, merchandising, and marketing.

I have served as the chair of the Development Committee, as well as assisted in event planning, creative project development, and advisement of general operations management.

As Executive Director of Light in Winter Festival, I was responsible for non-profit management, performing artist booking, web content creation, database management, bookkeeping, management of staff and volunteers, procurement of financial sponsorship, grant proposal writing, and general management.

My work as Director of Interactive Theatre involved volunteer management, playwriting, theatrical direction, creative development of agency artisitic endeavors, public education and outreach, curriculum development, and program management.

My work as Artistic Director of Ithaca Festival involved program planning, performance booking, creative development, public relations, volunteer coordination, creative project development, and general operations management.
