As a CBI Project Manager, I am responsible for managing the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects brought in by the New Business Development Team.We work with minimal supervision and able to make critical decisions on a day-to-day basis to ensure the clients’ needs and expectations are being met throughout the entire project process. Additionally, I am responsible for ensuring projects are moving forward in a timely manner and that the client is kept informed. Other key responsibilities include:*Leading the planning and implementation of a project and working closely with the CBI New Business Development Team to ensure the clients’ stated business objectives are met by the interior solutions delivered by CBI.*Supporting the New Business Development Team by providing accurate specifications, drawings, preliminary budgets and final pricing for new and current projects.*Placing orders, reviewing and verifying order information.*Acting as the main point of contact between CBI, the client and other manufacturers involved in the project.*Coordinating deliveries and installations by providing installation packages to the CBI Installation Team.*Attending site project or construction meetings and helping to oversee all aspects of installation.*Facilitating regular communication with all teams involved in CBI projects – i.e. the New Business Development Team, Account Services Team, Executive Leadership, etc.*Reviewing project status on a weekly basis and communicating critical information to the Business Management Team.
