Product Security network in Group Supply. (Cyber security)I was driver for a project where Group supply analyzed potential Product security related gaps from the company’s Security posture in Supply chain processes. To secure best ways of working we had cross functional cooperation with sourcing, development, trade, security and other specialist teams in the company. We implemented updates and held learning & awareness sessions. My next step was to set up a Global Supply Product security network. I was responsible for onboarding and learning material. We created and implemented a model for Product Security Risk assessment.Product Security has become a tool for countries to set up geo-political requirements. I have worked in market projects as Supply chain Product security SME to secure compliancy to geo-political market requirements.

May 01, 2016 - Jan 31, 2020 - Secured an efficient e2e Supply process for MINI-LINKLonghaul, a product that is configured to customer/site specification. My responsibility was to workend-2-end for this Supply flow, from supplier issues, production, to market area/account Contacts.My team held resources from procurement, order/production planning, technical configurationspecialists and Production technicians. Together with this team I identified and erased bottlenecksand digitalized information in the supply flow. With this we had set up an efficient way of workingincluding cooperation with Product management, regional CU contacts for technical solutions andsales responsible.

Digitalization of Order & Delivery flow in a Low-Touch-Flow concept, e-commerce.Low-Touch-Flow (LTF) is an automated order and delivery concept for a product portfolio of ~15000 product numbers. In this concept customers can order within 1-2 weeks before installation without local country or project warehouses.I industrialized the process of analysis and implementation per customer in startup mode of Low-Touch-Flow. Created learning and information material. Me and the colleges in order&delivery placed requirements on development of the LTF tools.My experiences and knowledge was shared in Tutorials with colleagues across organizations working within MINI-LINK and other Product Areas. Created visualization of goals and status per contract type and region.The financial impact was very positive as country or project warehouse was not needed and capital deployed was now a minimum for Ericsson and our customers. This concept was then copied to other product lines in Ericsson..

Special flow Broadband productsIn this role it was my responsibility to set the Supply Chain strategies globally for Broadband products and improvements of Ways of working and drive Supply chain design improvements.I created and was driver for a collaborative team with people from Sourcing, Finance, Product line, Product development, Forecast&Dimensioning and Order&delivery. In this collaboration team Product portfolio was reviewed and stream lined where possible. The Supply chain was adjusted/relocated via transfer of warehouse and manufacturing based on technical capabilities, customer base, transportation cost and Trade/geo-politics. Manufacturing capacity was increased, lead time was shortened and set to 2 weeks, costs was reducedThis was necessary actions to meet requirements of cost and ability to deliver as market requirements changed. We also analyzed which distribution hub's to use for the customer base.

In an organizational change of Supply chain responsibilities, I got the responsibility to merge and manage the Supply chain for Broadband products. The responsibility included improvements such as lead time and reduction of warehouse inventory. Inventory was reduced with ~25%.When Ericsson acquired Marconi (Oct 2005) I worked with the supply part of Merger and Acquisition. This included changes of warehouse and distribution, product master data, sourcing, order and delivery flow including financial set up.In 2007 Ericsson acquired Entrisphere (Feb 2007) and I got the responsibility to merge the supply chain into Ericsson’s Operational model.

Successfully transferred warehouse management and sourcing responsibility from other parts of Ericsson as the organization changed. I worked in close collaboration to Product management, Finance and Sourcing to make this successful.

Responsibility was 10 people in procurement and 10 people in Quality control and material handling. The purchasers worked with electronics in a period of global material shortage and we were very successful in serving Production with high availability of components. Production were producing 2000 -2300 MINI-LINK radios per week.
