Responsible for the end-to-end management of market data and publication subscriptions on behalf of clients in investment banking, wealth management and asset management. • Negotiating contracts and contract renewal commercial terms with vendors on behalf of clients.• Managing the vendor relationship to include regular review meetings, managing demos and trials of upgrades or alternative sources.• Managing the user inventory, requesting new accounts and cancelling leaver’s accounts. Maintain user inventory records in internal systems. Maintain accurate subscription records (contracts, invoices, approvals). • Communicate subscription commercial terms and contractual T&Cs to the team and subscriber group. Advise bankers on allowed data usage under these T&Cs. • Analysis of both vendor provided and internal usage statistics as well as polling users to understand usage patterns and determine future requirements.
