About Marietta Corbin

I am currently a senior at the University of Alabama, studying Early Childhood Education and minoring in Social Work. I am a diligent worker who has a strong passion working with young children. I strive to work in the school systems by pursuing a career as a preschool teacher. Not only do I want to educate children, I also want to make a difference in these young children's lives. Being a positive role model for young children can have a significant impact in their lives and their future. I currently work at Skyland Elementary School where I participate in two kindergarten class as well as the after school program. I will be completing my internship at Skyland Elementary in one of the pre-k class. I also have had previous experience working and volunteering at youth centers and other elementary schools.
