Alongside full time work I have developed and run stroem design, a jewellery brand that design and make gold and silver jewellery. I launched stroem design in May 2013 after having trained in silversmithing as a hobby, and have grown it to a small business. I thrive from the challenge and have launched a new collection every year since its inception as well as working with private clients to provide a commission service for wedding rings and bespoke jewellery.

triyoga is Europe’s leading health and yoga centre, based in London. I was promoted tore-design our entire training system for all front of house staff and supervisors. TheChelsea centre, where I was based, hosts yoga classes and private therapyappointments with an average foot fall of 350-400 people per day. Key areas of work & KPI’s;• Designing, implementing and running all aspects of training for the business' new recruits• Coordinate and host 2-day training sessions from our head office with 5-10 people persession in all areas of the business including; computer/booking system, customerservice, company values, yoga, Pilates and finance• Create and implement new processes for training to ensure a high level of knowledgefor the front of house teams in each centre• Managing client bookings with accuracy and high level of attention to detail• Investigate any booking or banking discrepancies• Lead on levels of customer service in an international and fast paced high-end retailenvironment
