After more than 25 years of various successful experiences in training and consultancy roles for different national and international corporate customers, I developed an extended expertise in all different aspects of the courses management cycle.I’m super-passionate about giving courses, organising different customized training sessions for companies and freelance people.In parallel with this I also developed over the years a strong passion for the continuous development of people's full potential.My role at Quality Training is being the founder of the company and I am working with a professional, experienced and flexible team of multilingual trainers.I’m mainly meeting the customers, analyzing their needs, helping them to build the different groups, preparing the customised training courses, helping them to reach their objectives, following up their requests.I sincerely believe that the most important key to success in my various professional activities has been my conviction in a human-centric approach and, everyday, I am very happy to meet different people, coming from various horizons. We all have something to share and to learn!
