I am responsible for the execution of client campaigns and ensure that campaigns are executed on strategy, on time and on budget. Responsibilities and Duties• Lead day to day communications with the client• Responsible for the execution of client campaigns, including:o Developing the strategic elements of the Package Matrix, including the identifying test cells, topline creative components and quantity by splito Developing the Email Matrix, and the Asset list for digital campaignso Drafting and presenting the execution brief to creative, and facilitating any follow-up as neededo Ensure that Insights has been briefed on data execution, and manage the data plan presentation to the cliento Manage the campaign check in meeting, and provide the first review of creative and copy, for both print and digital, before the strategist reviews and provides feedbacko Provides direction to the Project Manager on booking front-end meetings (creative brief, data strategy meeting, etc).o Provide strategic review of first round creative feedback (print and digital) including follow-up with the cliento Manage creative revisions back and forth with client until final approvalo Sign off and approve printer proofso QC digital assets, ensuring that links are live and correct, final execution matches strategyo Approve laser liveso Approve insertion sign offs for Direct Mail campaigns• Ensure that campaigns are on budgeto Approve quotes o Manage and approve freelance costso Track invoices against budget, and approve invoices from Finance within 48 hours• Time track, accurately and consistently
