Established Kaleidoscope in 1993 to provide coaching and communications services to large organisations. Bp International Ltd

Developed the communications and training strategy and managed the communications and change for the WIndows 7 and Office 2010 refresh programme. The programme was delivered to 70,000 users globally. Responsibilities included stakeholder engagement, development of engagement packs and materials, programme branding, marketing collateral, website, migration countdown communications, a central communication toolkit for local sites and translations of all materials. Also managed the development and delivery of a blended learning solution available in the form of face to face, virtual and web based training. This also included all the associated reference guides, tip sheets and handouts.

Led all global training and communications activities on a number of projects including the migration from Lotus Notes to Exchange and the Beverages and Confectionery separation.
