As a dedicated recruiter at SAS Retail Services, I am responsible for utilizing various recruiting platforms such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Circa, and ICIMs to effectively source candidates. I am successfully managing hiring for North California, Central, and South USA locations, ensuring high-quality candidates are selected.I devise strategies based on metrics, needs, and results to optimize the recruitment process. Additionally, I assist in training new recruiters and support candidates through onboarding. I interview and hire higher-range candidates (Leads and Elites) and orchestrate major hiring events on platforms like Indeed. I provide dedicated support to bilingual/Spanish-speaking candidates during interviews and onboarding.In collaboration with hiring managers, I develop job descriptions and postings, leveraging social media and online resources to engage potential candidates.
